Application Procedures
When a student has been admitted to the CUHK and properly registered, the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will send him or her an information pack together with the college preference form. Students who are interested in applying to S.H. Ho College should fill in the form, and indicate their college preference. Due to the large number of applications each year, we usually consider those placing our College at top preference.
We will first shortlist the applicants by a preliminary screening. The shortlisted applicants will then receive an email to request them to fill in an Application Form. The Form will ask the applicants to state some significant awards/activities/duties of them and write a short essay about himself/herself. A further screening will be conducted based on the Application Form.
Non-JUPAS applicants
For Non-JUPAS applicants, there is no interview, but they may include a link to a two-minute video as a self-introduction. The admission results will be released by the University under CUSIS after August 21, 2025.
JUPAS applicants
For JUPAS applicants, some will be invited for an interview in August 2025. Details are as follows:
