The Hong Kong tram, also known as the “Ding Ding”, has been a part of the city’s history for over 120 years. From its humble beginnings in 1904 to becoming a symbol of Hong Kong’s heritage, the tram has witnessed the city’s economic and social evolution. Join us for an exclusive tram tour, where we will explore the history of this iconic transportation and its role in shaping Hong Kong’s development. Through this historic mode of transportation, you’ll gain insights into Hong Kong’s economic and social transformations while enjoying a relaxing and nostalgic ride. This is a fantastic opportunity for local, non-local, and exchange students alike to experience and appreciate Hong Kong’s rich cultural heritage from a fresh perspective.
