Dear students,
We are excited to invite you to an exclusive Wire Art Workshop led by Winnie the Wire Artist, an alumna of S.H. Ho College! Winnie founded her brand in 2014 while studying architecture at CUHK. Her passion for wire art began with her first booth at SHHO Night, and she has since become a full-time wire artist, tutor, and piano teacher. You can learn more about her inspiring journey at Winnie’s website or her Instagram: @winniethewireartist.
Workshop Details:
18 Nov (Mon) ::: Workshop A – 家字匙扣/擺設 (Keychain/Decor)
- Duration: 1.5 hours
- Activity: Each participant will create two wire art pieces—one to contribute to a collective work and one to take home.
25 Nov (Mon) ::: Workshop B – 衡 (Balance)
- Duration: 1 hour
- Activity: Participants will work together on Winnie’s previous artwork related to the concept of “balance” 「衡」, adding or subtracting elements to create new meanings. This collaborative project is also a great way to de-stress and reflect.
The collective works may be exhibited in our College’s exhibition in March 2025 at S.H. Ho College.
Date: 18 & 25 November 2024
Time: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

This is a wonderful opportunity to explore your creative side, collaborate with fellow students, and contribute to a piece that may be displayed in our upcoming exhibition. The workshops are free-of-charge exclusively for S.H. Ho College students only. We hope to see you there!
If you are interested, please apply via the above link by 11 Nov. 15 student quota, first-come-first-served! If you have any questions, please contact Ms Kristie Chow at kristiechow@cuhk.edu.hk or 39431476.
