Four College Members Receive the Choh-Ming Li and Wei Lun Professorships and Teaching Awards at CUHK

The Chinese University of Hong Kong held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Choh-Ming Li and Wei Lun Professorships and the Presentation of Teaching and Research Awards yesterday. Officiated by Prof. Dennis Lo, Vice-Chancellor and President of CUHK, the ceremony recognised the outstanding achievements of CUHK members in their teaching and research.
Four of the appointees and awardees are members affiliated to S.H. Ho College. They were:
Inauguration of the Choh-Ming Li Professorship
Prof. Heng Pheng-ann, Faculty of Engineering was appointed as Choh-Ming Li Professor of Computer Science and Engineering
Inauguration of the Wei Lun Professorship
Prof. Simon Ng, Faculty of Medicine was appointed as Wei Lun Professor of Surgery
University Education Award 2024
Dr. Andrew Yuen (Team Award), Faculty of Business Administration
Vice-Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award 2023
Dr. Juanita Cheung, Faculty of Education
