Congratulations: Six CUHK Subjects Ranked Among the World’s Top 20

In the latest U.S. News & World Report Best Global Universities Rankings, The Chinese University of Hong Kong is ranked 28th worldwide. It has also been ranked No. 1 in Hong Kong for four consecutive years and is placed 5th in Asia.
In addition, six CUHK subjects are ranked among the global top 20, underscoring the University’s strong academic and research excellence. These subjects include Education and Educational Research, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Arts and Humanities, and Endocrinology and Metabolism. Among them, Education and Educational Research and Gastroenterology and Hepatology are ranked No. 1 and No. 2 globally, respectively. The international rankings evaluate over 2,250 leading institutions in more than 100 countries, gauging academic reputation and research performance using indicators such as publications, citations, and international collaboration. The College extend its warmest congratulations to the many College members from the relevant disciplines!
