Congratulations to College members Prof. Vincent Mok, Prof. Simon Ng and Prof. Kwan Kin Ming, who received teaching awards including the University Education Awards 2023 and the Vice-Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award 2022 at a momentous ceremony on March 6, 2024! The awards were presented at a ceremony to inaugurate the Choh-Ming Li and Wei Lun Professorships, as well as bestow teaching and research awards including the University Education Award, the Vice-Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award, the Young Researcher Award, and the Postgraduate Research Output Award. 

During the ceremony, Prof. Tuan extended his congratulations to all honourees, saying that, “The dedication to education and research of our awardees has positioned them as exemplary role models for their fellow faculty members and students. Their valuable contributions have played a pivotal role in the development of CUHK as a beacon of knowledge and innovation.”

At the ceremony, four Choh-Ming Li professors and one Wei Lun professor were appointed, while 31 CUHK members were presented with teaching and research awards. Among them, the College awardees are as follows:
