The 10th S.H. Ho College Graduation Ceremony
The 10th S.H. Ho College Graduation Ceremony was held at Ho Sing Hang Hall on 24 November, 2022. Prof. Samuel Sun, Emeritus Professor of Biology of CUHK and Founding Master of S.H. Ho College, spoke to the congregation, and encouraged the graduates to have dreams and passions, and be innovative. 26 members of the College attended the ceremony to share the moments of pride of the 146 graduates, two of them receiving double degrees.
Together with current College Master Prof. Vincent Mok, Prof. Samuel Sun and Prof. Wong Wing Shing, former masters of S.H. Ho College, and seven College members coming from different faculties, namely, Dr. Andrew Yuen, Prof. Michael Chan, Prof. Chung Pei-Chi, Prof. Icy Lee, Prof. Dicky Tsang, Prof. Simon Ng and Prof. Xu Jiang, presented to the graduates diplomas and college souvenirs.
On behalf of his fellow graduates, Mr. Justin Tsang, the recipient of S.H. Ho College Eminent Award, gave the valedictorian speech. He reviewed his journey to recovery after breaking his ankle twice, and how he kept his faith through the tough days of recovery. After the ceremony, the guests of honour and College members took a group photograph with the graduates.
Prof. Samuel Sun spoke to the graduates and wished them meaningful lives.
