Check-in Arrangements: To facilitate your preparation for the new academic, you may check-in on or after 1 September:
1. Check-in Time : 1- 3 September (9:00-13:00, 14:00-17:00), 4-5 September (13:00-18:00) or office hours after 5 September
2. Location: Dean of Students’ Office, 3/F, Chan Chun Ha Hall
Before Check-in:
1. Submission of Hostel Preference Form: Please complete the “Hostel Preference Form” (Please click here to download) and submit it with your preferred roommate’s form (if any) via email to shhosa@cuhk.edu.hk (please CC your roommate in the email) on or before 30th August 2021.
2. Upload Vaccination Certificate
· If you have received 2 doses of vaccines, please upload the certificates to the following submission form:

3. Notification to the college at least 2 days before departure.

Check-in Procedures:
1. Fully Vaccinated Residents: (received COVID-19 vaccines which are recognized by WHO/ Governments, and received 2nd doses 14 days before check-in)
· Present CU-Link/Passport/ 港澳通行证
· Present the document to prove your completion of quarantine/ present your回港易確認書 & 回港易健康碼
· Get your room key and mailbox key
2. Non-vaccinated residents:
· Present CU-Link/Passport/ 港澳通行证
· Present the document to prove your completion of quarantine/ present your回港易確認書 & 回港易健康碼
· A negative COVID-19 test result (which you will be required to conducted during your quarantine/ or 72 hours before getting your 回港易健康碼.)
· Pick up room key and mailbox key
· Get a memo regarding the details for the Biweekly COVID-19 test after check-in. (According to the pandemic control policy of the university, non-vaccinated residents will need to undergo a regular COVID-19 test at the college biweekly.)
3. Hostel Fee:
· For the residence fee from 1st-4th September, you will be charged HKD68 per night of summer residence.

S.H. Ho College Orientation Camp Arrangements:
Schedule:
· 4 & 5 September 2021
· Your orientation camp facilitator (組爸媽) will brief you on the meet up time and location by 3 September 2021.
Camp Fee:
· HKD400 (will be charged to you via CUSIS after the camp)
· Note: The camp is compulsory to all freshmen. If you want to apply for absence from the camp, please contact Mr. Emery Chan (emerychan@cuhk.edu.hk) on or before 1 September 2021.
· Please find attached for the reminder of Orientation Camp 2021 for more details.
Matriculation Ceremony:
· A matriculation ceremony of the college will be hosted by College Master and Dean of Students on the morning of 4th September, which is a part of the orientation camp.
· You are required to follow the following rules while attending the ceremony:
1. Dress in formal attire
2. Bring your own pen (for signature on matriculation book)
3. Wear the college gown distributed to you during hostel check-in
